Rooney is serving out the remainder of Jim <br /> Kellison's term, who resigned from the Commission in August. Prior to being <br /> :. appointed as a regular member, Rooney served as an alternate member of the <br /> Planning Commission. Rooney has lived in Hugo for the last 15 years. Before <br /> moving to Hugo, he lived in Mahtomedi where he served on their Planning <br /> Commission for threeY ears. <br />
