There is not one person that I have talked to in the last month that is in favor of having another liquor store in town including all of our sales people, because they all know how tough it was for Rick and I to try and survive when Ricks liquor was open. Citizens of Hugo would like to see a new restaurant or something different go into that building instead of another liquor store which we already have two of. I hope everything goes well with the meeting and I just want you to know that I am notjust speaking as a long time business owner in Hugo but also as a longtime resident of Hugo. I am passing on what I hear from the citizens that come through my store because a lot of people cannot speak in front of a large group without getting nervous and not everyone can drop everything to attend a Monday meeting at 7pm. Please listen to the community on what they want for that building because they are the voice of Hugo. Michele will you please add this to my emails for the meeting?
