Washington County Sheriff's Department had provided the application form <br />that was completed by David Strub. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the application <br />for a Water Surface Use Permit for a water skiing course on Sunset Lake. <br />Approve Application for Water Surface Use Permit for Mike Ball on Round Lake <br />On behalf of residents living on Round Lake, Resident Mike Ball had made application to the <br />City of Hugo for a Water Surface Use Permit to allow residents to water ski on the slalom course <br />on Round Lake and put a water ski jump on the lake. Washington County Sheriff's Department <br />had provided the application form that was completed by Mike Ball. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved the application for a Water Surface Use Permit for a water skiing course on <br />Round Lake. <br />Approve Resolution for Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program for <br />TH61/CSAH4 Roundabout <br />At its February 6, 2017 meeting, the Council approved a resolution allowing the City to pursue a <br />cooperative agreement with MnDOT for the Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership <br />Program. This program will allow MnDOT to assist in funding landscape materials for the <br />roundabout at TH 61 and 170th Street North. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br />RESOLUTION 2017 —12 APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE COMMUNITY <br />ROADSIDE LANDSCAPING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM. <br />Approve Water Conservation Grant Agreements with Met Council and Washington <br />Coun <br />In February 2016, the Council approved the grant agreement with the Met Council and <br />Washington County for the City's water rebate program. All of the grant monies and some City <br />contributions were allocated prior to 2017. The Met Council and Washington County have <br />offered more financial support for this program, which ends at the end of June 2017. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved agreements with the Met Council and Washington County for <br />additional funds for the City's water rebate program. <br />Approve Resolution Approving Property Line Adjustment at 12280 & 12310 Goodview <br />Avenue North <br />Thomas and Edie Schmidt and Nancy Saiko had requested approval of a property line adjustment <br />for properties located at 12280 Goodview Avenue North and 12310 Goodview Avenue North. <br />Both parcels are approximately ten acres in size. The applicants proposed to adjust the common <br />property line between the properties because of an existing garage that crosses the property line. <br />The garage would then be in compliance with the setback requirements. This action would result <br />in the properties remaining ten acres in size. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br />RESOLUTION 2017-13 APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR THOMAS <br />AND EDIE SCHMIDT AND NANCY SAIKO FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 12280 <br />GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH AND 12310 GOODVIEW AVEVUE NORTH. <br />
