Adoption <br /> of the Consent Agenda approved the Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker <br /> Matt Klein. <br /> Approve Resolution Amending Preliminary Plat and PUD for Fable Hills 4th Addition <br /> Elmcrest Investments, LLC, had requested an amendment to their preliminary plat and PUD to <br /> add three lots to the existing approval for Fable Hills 4 1 Addition. The previous approval <br /> consisted of 46 detached villa lots and 14 single family home lots for a total 60 lots. The <br /> applicant requested a change to allow 54 detached villa lots and 9 single family home lots for a <br /> total of 63 lots.
