Developer specifically <br /> understands that this subdivision approval is given subject to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> a) The final plat documents must be submitted to <br /> the City Council within ninety (90) days of preliminary plat <br /> approval or else the preliminary plat approval shall be null and <br /> void. <br /> b) The final plat must be recorded with the <br /> Washington County Recorder (and the mylar "hardshells" must be <br /> fully executed) within one hundred twenty (120) days of the <br /> Council motion giving final plat approval or else said approval <br /> shall be null and void. <br /> c) Final plat approval shall be contingent upon <br /> compliance with grading, storm water drainage, and utility plan <br /> approval by the City. <br /> d) All applicable conditions of plat approval <br /> must be met before any deeds are stamped for recording and prior <br /> to the recording of the final plat at the Washington County <br /> Recorder' s Office. <br /> f) No building or other permits shall be issued <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
