more parking attendants. There will be a lighted walkway from the lot to the <br />activity area. <br />• Parking <br />The parking lot will be located on the event property. There will be staff to <br />collect the $5/vehicle parking fee and provide direction for the parking of <br />vehicles. Parking will be prohibited along 170th Street and the applicant will <br />locate an overflow parking area on the site for staff approval. <br />Structures, Tents, and Generators <br />No permanent structures will be constructed as part of this event. The main office <br />will be a movable shed and contain first aid equipment, an ATM, and other items <br />that need to be secure. The number of tents, sizes, and locations has not yet been <br />determined. All areas containing generators will all be roped off to the public, <br />and electrical permits will be secured from the City as necessary. <br />• Bathroom facilities/Waste Management <br />Applicant will provide five porta potties with wash stations, which is <br />recommended for a crowd of 750 people. Additional porta potties will be added if <br />necessary. Applicant will hire a waste management company for proper waste <br />disposal. <br />• Food and Liquor <br />No alcohol will be permitted on the premise and those suspected of being under <br />the influence will be turned away. Food and drinks will be provided by a licensed <br />food vendor. <br />• Security <br />One Washington County Deputy will be on site to provide security and monitor <br />traffic between the hours of 8 p.m. and midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and <br />Halloween evening. Activity of the Washington County Sheriff's Office related <br />to this event will be monitored and, if necessary, additional deputies will be hired <br />by the applicant. <br />• Medical/Emergency Management <br />First aid kits will be available onsite. Vehicle access will be available to all areas <br />to allow for emergency response. All staff have radio contact throughout the area <br />and weather will be monitored. Excessive rain or lightening will close the event. <br />Fire extinguishers will be available at all campfire locations. <br />• Wetland Permit <br />There are no anticipated impacts to wetlands on the property according to the <br />submitted site plan. The applicant and property owner are aware that a wetland <br />permit will be necessary prior to any activity in the wetland areas. <br />2 <br />
