3. REQUIREMENTS: <br />The applicant has provided the City the completed permit and permit fee. In accordance <br />with this permit, the applicant shall conduct the event as described in the application <br />herein and meet the following conditions: <br />Prior to the Event <br />1. The applicant will provide the City a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. <br />2. The applicant will provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance showing the <br />City of Hugo as additionally insured for this event. <br />3. The applicant will secure a right-of-way permit from Washington County and <br />install signage along 170th Street prohibiting parking. <br />4. No advertising signs for the event are allowed off the property without <br />appropriate approval. <br />5. No permanent structures will be constructed as part of this event. All props, <br />tents, and canopies will be properly installed and secured and kept away from <br />flames. Applicant will provide staff information on these items for approval. <br />6. Applicant will work with the City to determine if an electrical permit is <br />necessary for the use of the generators. <br />7. The applicant will contact the Washington County Sheriff s Office to hire at <br />least one deputy to work specified hours during the event. <br />A walk-through of the site will be scheduled with City staff, including the <br />Hugo Fire Marshal. <br />9. The applicant will comply with all additional recommendations made by staff <br />and/or the Hugo Fire Marshal. <br />10. Trails will be clear of all obstacles and mulch will be placed in areas as <br />necessary. <br />11. Applicant will relocate the overflow parking, as shown on the site plan, away <br />from the activity area. <br />12. Applicant will provide location of campfire(s), tiki lights, and other possible <br />fire hazards for approval of the Fire Marshal. <br />During the Event <br />13. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />14. The applicant shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, <br />rules, regulations, and ordinances. <br />15. A Washington County Deputy will be present between the hours of 8 p.m. — <br />Midnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and Halloween evening, and the number of <br />deputies and hours may be increased if deemed necessary by the Washington <br />County Sheriff s Office. <br />
