Statement of Work <br />• Ensure Agency Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are available to assist with and support project <br />deliverables per the implementation schedule. <br />• Coordinate and secure necessary IT resources (i.e. System Administrator, GIS Administrators) and <br />equipment (i.e. conference rooms, projectors, speaker phones, computers, etc.) for system setup, training, <br />conference calls, on-site meetings, coordination with 3rd party vendors, etc. <br />• Coordinate and secure necessary resources, equipment and/or specifications for any 31d party software <br />interfaces (if applicable). <br />DELIVERABLE 2: ACCELA AUTOMATION SETUP <br />Upon Contract signing, zedlT Solutions will work with Accela to setup an environment in the Civic Cloud and load the <br />Best Practice Templates for Land Management, which includes permits and inspections, code enforcement, and <br />planning and zoning, into the configuration. Additionally, the environment will be licensed per the Agency sales order <br />form and will be subject to Accela's Subscription Terms and Conditions. <br />In terms of specific output, the following will be executed for this deliverable: <br />• URL's and login information for each environment <br />Specifically, zedlT Solutions will perform the following tasks within the support environment: <br />• Demonstrate that the Civic Platform is operational by using the valid credentials to log into the Agency's <br />computing environment. <br />• Ensure that the software licensing is set up in the Accela cloud per the agreed to sales order form <br />• Validate proper installation of the Land Management Best Practice Template Configurations has been <br />completed by Accela Application Support. <br />• Validate proper setup the mobile applications gateway for use of field applications has been completed by <br />Accela Application Support. <br />zedlT Solutions Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Agency's request for information. <br />• Validate proper setup the Civic Platform in Accela's Civic Cloud. <br />• Provide desktop requirements documentation to Agency <br />• Demonstrate how to login/logout and view the loaded Best Practice Templates <br />Agency Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to requests for information by Accela <br />• Arrange for the availability of appropriate Agency staff to assist with inquires and activities related to system <br />installation, setup, testing, and quality assurance throughout the setup process <br />• Schedule appropriate Agency staff participants and meeting locations for activities. <br />Acceptance Criteria: <br />• Confirmation of ability to log into the Civic Platform using the valid credentials <br />DELIVERABLE 3: SETUP OF AGENCY USERS <br />zedlT Solutions will setup Agency staff users based on the number of software licenses purchased to a maximum of <br />20 named user accounts. zedlT Solutions will deliver and discuss the Roles and Functions Matrix document, and the <br />Agency will indicate which user group role each staff is to be assigned. For example, if Agency purchases 10 Land <br />Management Solution licenses, zedlT Solutions will setup 10 named staff user login accounts. <br />9 2015 Accela Inc. Page 9 <br />
