Statement of Work <br />• Upload the provided text file into the Civic Platform, maximum of up to two (2) times into a test environment <br />and one (1) time into the Production environment. <br />Agency Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to zedlT's requests for information <br />• Arrange for the availability of appropriate Agency staff to review the provided format and template <br />• Provide the Licensed Professional data in the required format <br />• Arrange for the availability of appropriate Agency staff to review and validate the loaded Licensed <br />Professional data based on the agreed upon project plan timeline <br />• Schedule appropriate Agency staff participants and meeting locations for activities <br />Acceptance Criteria: <br />• Successfully search for and retrieve loaded Licensed Professional information by logging into the Civic <br />Platform with valid credentials. <br />DELIVERABLE 14: EXPRESS HISTORICAL DATA CONVERSION <br />zedlT Solutions will load the Agency Historical data transactions, such as completed permits, completed applications, <br />completed licenses, or closed violation incidents. <br />The Agency is responsible for providing the Historical Data in (up to) ten (10) separate text files (ASCII), depending on <br />which types of data are to be uploaded. <br />Record Base Data <br />Address Data <br />Parcel Data <br />Comments Data <br />Contacts Data <br />Licensed Professional Data <br />Owner Data <br />Inspection Data <br />Custom Field Data <br />Workflow Data <br />NOTE: Each separate file must be provided in a specified format consisting of specific fields in a specified order. This <br />format, and sample templates, will be provided prior to the start of the Historical Data Upload task. <br />One complete set of files must be provided by the Agency for each data load. <br />Data will be loaded into the environment a maximum of three (3) times. <br />• An initial data upload will be done to facilitate Agency review and validate that historic data has been properly <br />loaded to the Accela Civic Platform <br />• A second run will be performed to address any defects or issues identified in the initial data upload <br />• A third and final upload to the production environment will be performed prior to Go -Live to capture the most <br />recent transactional data available in the legacy system <br />zedlT Solutions will provide and explain the Express Historical Data Conversion Document, which details the specific <br />format required for these files.
