Statement of Work <br />zedlT will provide support for testing, oversight, answering questions and addressing issues discovered in User <br />Acceptance Testing. It is critical that the Agency devote ample time and resources to this effort to ensure that <br />the system is operating per the specification identified in the deliverables above and is ready for the move to <br />production. The testing effort will require a significant time investment by the Agency, and coordination of <br />resources is critical. <br />zedlT will assist the Agency as needed by providing UAT support and facilitating the completion of UAT. zedlT will <br />address and rectify issues discovered during the UAT process as Agency staff executes testing activities. zedlT will <br />work with the Agency to develop a test plan and deliver sample test scripts, as well as an issue log to track the <br />progress of testing. zedlT will plan for a total of one week to complete this deliverable. <br />If the Agency does not devote adequate time and staffing to UAT in order to completely test the solution, <br />zedlT may opt to postpone go -live at the Agency's expense. zedlT will work diligently with the Agency to ensure <br />this does not occur and provide several opportunities for the Agency to add additional staff and time to this effort <br />before recommending a postponement or delay. <br />zedlT Solutions will provide a maximum of one week (40 hours) of support for UAT and for issue resolution. <br />In terms of specific output, the following will be executed for this deliverable: <br />• Resolution of configuration issues identified during Agency User Acceptance Testing <br />• Fully -tested system that is ready to move to the Agency's production environment <br />zedlT Solutions Responsibilities: <br />• Provide recommendations on testing strategy and provide sample test scripts <br />• Capture a list of all configuration issues identified during UAT in a User Acceptance Issue Log <br />• Resolution, where possible, of applicable issues identified during UAT activities <br />Agency Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to zedlT's request for information <br />• Make available the appropriate Agency key users and content experts to participate in UAT as defined and <br />managed by Agency <br />• Prepare test scripts for use by Agency key users <br />• Provide zedlT with sufficient detail (including completed test scripts and system screen shots) on issues <br />encountered to support effective and efficient issue resolution <br />Acceptance Criteria: <br />• Completion of UAT <br />• Resolution of configuration issues captured in User Acceptance Issue Log <br />DELIVERABLE 17: PRODUCTION SUPPORT <br />The production date is the official date in which Accela Civic Platform moves from the test environment to production <br />for daily Agency usage. This "Go -Live" date will be agreed to by both zedlT and the Agency at project inception. It <br />may be altered only by a Change Order agreed to by both parties. In the weeks prior to moving to Production, zedlT <br />will assist in system validation, staff preparation assistance and training, and coordination of deployment. <br />This deliverable is comprised of the post Go Live production support assistance that zedlT will provide to address <br />issues and provide consultative advice immediately following the move to production for daily use. <br />9 2015 Accela Inc.
