Statement of Work <br />zedlT will work with the Agency to identify and address issues during this period using a Post -Production Issues <br />List. This list will be comprised only of issues related to the defined deliverables listed in this SOW, which will be <br />addressed by zedlT. Issues that are not directly related to requirements defined during this implementation will be the <br />responsibility of the Agency's system administrators. Examples of issues the Agency is responsible for include training <br />issues, functional changes beyond the scope of this Statement of Work, cosmetic changes, and procedures and/or <br />custom documentation related to the use of Accela Automation. Specifically, zedlT will not be developing or creating <br />additional reports, conversions, interfaces, records types, workflows, and/or inspection processes that were not <br />included in the scope of this project. <br />zedlT will provide one week (7 calendar days) of remote production support immediately following Go -Live. After the <br />first 7 calendar days of go -live, zedlT will disable the issue tracking list for new issues and work to resolve all <br />remaining in scope issues. Once all issues that are not classified as a software bug are resolved, a formal meeting <br />will be scheduled with Agency Administrators, zedlT Services Team, and the Accela Customer Response Center <br />(CRC) for the purpose of transitioning support of future issues, questions, and known bugs to Accela CRC. <br />In terms of specific output, the following will be executed for this deliverable: <br />• Finalized Post -Production issues list <br />• Transition of the Agency from zedlT Services team to Accela CRC for ongoing support. <br />zedlT Solutions Responsibilities: <br />• Development of a Pre -Production checklist that details the critical tasks that must be accomplished prior to <br />moving to Production <br />• Provide remote support post go -live as the Agency begins to use Accela Automation <br />• Coordinate with Accela to transition the Agency to Accela Support <br />Agency Responsibilities: <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to zedlT's request for information <br />• Provide technical and functional user support for production planning, execution, and monitoring <br />• Assist in the development of a Pre -Production checklist that details the critical tasks that must be <br />accomplished prior to moving to Production <br />Acceptance Criteria: <br />Production system is first used by the Agency for daily use <br />PAYMENT TERMS - FIXED FEE1 <br />zedlT Solutions will perform the Services on a fixed-price basis based on: the nature and scope of the Services and <br />associated deliverables outlined in this SOW, the expected staffing requirements, project schedule, zedlT Solutions <br />and Agency roles and responsibilities and the other assumptions set forth in this SOW. <br />zedlT Solutions' total price to perform the Services and provide the Deliverables described is $35,640.00 exclusive of <br />taxes and expenses (the "Fixed-price"). The Fixed-price is based on the information available at the time of signing <br />and the assumptions, dependencies and constraints, and roles and responsibilities of the Parties, as stated in this <br />SOW. zedlT Solutions is not financially responsible for, nor can be held accountable for third party deliverables or <br />responsibilities. <br />Invoice Schedule: <br />9 2015 Accela Inc.
