3. EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />3.1 Roadway <br />The roadways in the Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue Street Improvement Project are <br />currently 24' in width, with 60' right of ways. Since then, pavement <br />conditions have aged and are exhibiting distresses such as transverse and longitudinal cracking, <br />pavement rutting, and a fallen cross slope, with surfaces rated as fair to poor. <br />3.2 Drainage <br />Runoff is currently collected by the existing drainage ditches. Culverts are located across sections of the <br />roadways as well as across many of the driveways to convey runoff into adjacent wetland areas. <br />3.3 Private Utilities <br />Private utilities that have facilities in or near the project area will be notified during the final design phase <br />of the project and will be requested to coordinate any necessary repairs and replacements as needed at <br />their cost. Private utility companies that have facilities within the project area include the following: <br />■ AT&T (Telecom) <br />■ BNSF Railway (Rail) <br />■ Comcast (Cable) <br />■ CenturyLink (Telecom) <br />■ Consolidated Communications (Telecom) <br />■ Koch Pipelines (Oil) <br />■ Xcel Energy (Electric/Gas) <br />■ Zayo Bandwidth (Telecom) <br />3.4 Sanitary Sewer <br />The properties within the project area are served by private sanitary systems. Existing sanitary sewer <br />exists within Goodview Avenue and Green Avenue in the Sweet Grass Meadows subdivision. <br />3.5 Watermain <br />The properties within the project area are served by private water systems.
