Ms. Rachel Juba
April 19, 2018
Page 3
11. There are three site access points identified at ultimate buildout. Two align with the
existing access points on the east side of Fenway Avenue and the third is located near the
southern property line and will be used as the egress point for product leaving the site.
The proposed access points meet staff's expectations. The northerly access is not
proposed to be constructed with the initial phase.
We have provided the applicants engineer additional detailed written and redlined plan
comments that they are currently working to address. All engineering comments will need to be
addressed prior to final approval of plans.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me at 651-286-8463.
Sincerely,
WSB & Associates, Inc.
Mark Erichson, PE
City Engineer
cc: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director (email only)
Stephanie Hatten, Water Resource Engineer (email only)
John Schwieters, Schwieters Properties, LLP (email only)
Eli Rupnow, AMI Consulting Engineers (email only)
S:I(7—IRJuubaWachelIDEVELOPMENTPROJECTSIRoy MaIho, AdditioaWoy Motho, 2nd AdditianlOutlatAlEng Memo Sch ueters Expansion -041918.doc
