Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry Construction Complete <br />After receiving site plan approval back in Septem- <br />ber of 2016, Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry quickly <br />became an exciting new business development tak- <br />ing place within the City of Hugo. Located at 14701 <br />Hugo Boulevard within Hugo's Victor Gardens re- <br />tail center, the construction of the new Sprouts Pe- <br />diatric Dentistry building was recently completed <br />in 2017. This 2,500 square foot, single story estab- <br />lishment is now open for business. <br />Western Spring Expansion Project <br />Western Spring Manufacturing recently pro- <br />posed, undertook, and completed a business <br />expansion construction project within the City <br />of Hugo. This project, which was first proposed <br />in March of 2017, included a 36,854 square <br />foot building for manufacturing space, a ware- <br />house, as well as an office facility. The Western <br />Spring Manufacturing facility was completed in <br />December of 2017 and now located at 13153 <br />Fenway Boulevard, after moving from there <br />previous location on 130th Street. <br />In the Making: Good Life Senior Living <br />After receiving its site approval <br />in October of 2015, the Good <br />Life Senior Living facility is <br />being raised nearly two years <br />after its construction was <br />approved by the City. Located at <br />5260 127th Street, construction <br />of the Good Life Senior Living <br />facility is well underway and is <br />estimated to be completed by <br />the fall of 2018.
