The average check price is expected to be <br />$6 - $30 per person depending upon drink selection and quantity. Because of the <br />owner's experience with vendors, we will negotiate prices and use multiple vendors in <br />order to keep our food costs in check. We will also be able to use our buying power <br />because of owning multiple locations. We will also keep our prices in check by <br />meticulously monitoring the controllable expenses and keeping close eye on our <br />inventory each week through POS reports.
