Planning Commission <br /> October 13,2016 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Approve November IOth and December 15rh Planning Commission Dates <br /> Juba stated that at the beginning of the year, the Planning Commission approved the meeting dates for 2016. <br /> Juba stated that the Planning Commission should formalize the request, due to the holiday season, that the first <br /> meeting date in November(November I Oth) shall be the only meeting in November and the meeting in <br /> December should take place on December 15th instead of the regularly scheduled meeting dates. <br /> Patzner made a motion, Lessard seconded, to approve the change in Planning Commission dates for the month <br /> of November and December to November 10th and December 15t'. <br /> All Ayes, motion carried. <br /> Adiournment <br /> Commissioner Rosenquist made a motion, Commissioner Lessard seconded, to adjourn at 7:11 p.m. <br /> All Ayes.
