A stormwater re -use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner's association. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br />approved by staff and recoded at Washington County. <br />9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re -use system. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br />of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br />10. The applicant must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD Plan <br />application: <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br />a. The landscape plan shall be revised to include the number, size, and type of trees <br />and shrubs in each proposed location. <br />b. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />
