A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br /> approved by staff and recoded at Washington County. <br /> 9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br /> own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re-use system. <br /> The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br /> of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br /> 10. The applicant must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD Plan <br /> application: <br /> Landscaping and Lighting <br /> a. The landscape plan shall be revised to include the number, size, and type of trees <br /> and shrubs in each proposed location. <br /> b. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />
