The Homeowners Association (HOA) documents for review and approval by <br /> staff. <br /> k. Architectural design guidelines shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> 1. Details and specification for the boardwalks shall be reviewed and approved by <br /> staff. <br /> m. The City's development fees will apply to this project. The fee amounts will be <br /> calculated and included as part of the Development Agreement. A development <br /> agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br /> n. The developer shall provide survey shots of the neighboring properties to ensure all <br /> drainage is contained on the developer's property. <br /> o. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer must comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all other <br /> documentation at Washington County and provide the City with proof of <br /> recording. <br /> b.
