Plans must be revised to show this dimension. <br />Lighting <br />Section Sec. 90-273 of the City Code requires residential developments in the <br />agricultural and rural residential development areas, to provide at least one 100-watt <br />high-pressure sodium vapor street light at each public street intersection. The plans do <br />show this required fixture at the intersection of Hilo/125th and it will be installed by the <br />developer. <br />Signage <br />No neighborhood signage is proposed. <br />Landscaping <br />The development is required to provide two overstory trees per front yard of each <br />residential lot. During the sketch plan review the City recommended that applicant <br />provide additional landscaping along the perimeter of the site to provide buffers from the <br />roadways and native plantings in the open space where possible. Any disturbed area on <br />site will be planted with either a native seed mix appropriate for the location or a fescue <br />mix for lot areas. <br />The plans show 49 new trees be planted in the front yards and near the stormwater <br />management pond. The applicant is also proposing to transplant a number of existing <br />trees and relocated to the right of way along CSAH 7 in the vicinity of Lots 7, 8 and 9. <br />Wetlands <br />The site contains three wetlands. The wetlands were delineated within the site and the <br />Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) approved the delineation in on October 16, 2018. No <br />
