The plans do <br /> show this required fixture at the intersection of Hilo/125th and it will be installed by the <br /> developer. <br /> Signage <br /> No neighborhood signage is proposed. <br /> Landscaping <br /> The development is required to provide two overstory trees per front yard of each <br /> residential lot. During the sketch plan review the City recommended that applicant <br /> provide additional landscaping along the perimeter of the site to provide buffers from the <br /> roadways and native plantings in the open space where possible. Any disturbed area on <br /> site will be planted with either a native seed mix appropriate for the location or a fescue <br /> mix for lot areas. <br /> The plans show 49 new trees be planted in the front yards and near the stormwater <br /> management pond. The applicant is also proposing to transplant a number of existing <br /> trees and relocated to the right of way along CSAH 7 in the vicinity of Lots 7, 8 and 9. <br /> Wetlands <br /> The site contains three wetlands. The wetlands were delineated within the site and the <br /> Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) approved the delineation in on October 16, 2018. No <br />
