CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE WATER'S EDGE PHASE II WATER REUSE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has completed the Water's Edge Phase I water reuse project in <br />2018 and the project was well received by the Water's Edge Home Owner's Association with their <br />organization having interest in additional projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has procured an additional grant from Rice Creek Watershed <br />District in the amount of 185,760 for the Water's Edge Phase II Water Reuse Project with the City <br />Council approving the RCWD grant agreement at the April 1, 2019 City Council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of <br />the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Hugo: <br />Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the Water's Edge <br />Phase II Water Reuse Improvement Project. <br />2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans <br />and specifications for the Water's Edge Phase II Water Reuse Improvement Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Hugo this 15th day of April, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
