Ms. Michele Lindau March 28, 2019 Page 4 Task 3 — Land Survey A general land survey will be completed for the Site. The survey will include: • Topographic Survey - Locating all visible features on the Site, including but limited to; buildings, hard surfaces, utilities, trees and landscaping. • Boundary Survey - Setting and marking all Site corners. Assumptions Task 1 — Phase I ESA Assumptions The following items are assumed for Task 1 • Property access will be facilitated by the City. • Based on available MPCA information, no MPCA regulatory file reviews will be required. • If additional MPCA file reviews are needed, they can be completed at an estimated cost of $300 each. • An Environmental Lien and AULs search will not be completed as part of this scope. • If a reliance letter is desired, the cost is $300 per reliance letter and $100 for each additional entity/party listed on the letter. • The City will provide one final report review. Task 2 — ARM Survey Assumr.)tions The following conditions are assumed for Task 2: • The City will provide Site access. • Destructive sampling methods will be used and any damage caused during sampling will not be repaired by WSB. • It is anticipated that 50 asbestos bulk samples and 5 lead -based paint chip samples will be collected and analyzed using a standard 5-day turnaround timeframe. • Additional asbestos samples will be charged at a rate of $6.00 per sample and additional paint samples will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per sample. • The limited lead sampling is not intended to satisfy OSHA or HUD testing requirements. • The City will provide one final report review. Task 3 — Land Survey Assumr)tions The following conditions are assumed for Task 4: • This type of survey requires an ownership and encumbrance for the parcel (O&E). An additional $250 fee will apply if the City does not have an O&E. • This scope does not include certification of ALTA/NSPS Table A items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6a, 7a, 8, and 11.
