<br />Adelaide Landing 4th Addition 20 <br />f) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete <br />all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />g) The street names shall be included on all sheets of the final plat. <br /> <br />h) The grading plan shall be revised to exclude grading that is shown along the <br />eastern portion of the plat. Additional information is required for that are in <br />regards to ensuring that no additional drainage goes onto neighboring property. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />i) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />j) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />k) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots, common space, and the <br />130th Street roundabout. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the <br />City. <br /> <br />b) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br /> <br />c) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval.
