The site <br />is currently not meeting the City's 100-year rate control limitation of 0.1 cubic feet per second <br />per acre of drainage, but we are working with the applicant with regards to modifications to <br />their proposed plan. <br />Staff is also working with the applicant to ensure freeboard from the HWL is met. <br />Additional stormwater plan and model comments have been provided to applicant and will <br />need to be addressed in future submittals for documentation and permitting purposes. <br />A stormwater maintenance agreement and drainage and utility easements will be required <br />for the stormwater basins on the site. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
