RESOLUTION NO. _______  <br />  <br />CITY OF HUGO  <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA  <br />  <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATIONS AND/OR EMINENT DOMAIN TO AQUIRE THE PROPERTY   <br />AREAS NEEDED FOR THE DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT  <br />  <br />WHEREAS, The City of Hugo has initiated the Downtown Improvement Project (the Project), including  <br />reconstruction of 147th; reconstruction of Fitzgerald; street and utility construction; new pedestrian facilities; and  <br />  <br />WHEREAS, the construction schedule for the Project contemplates that the Project will be completed during the  <br />2021‐2022 construction season; and  <br />  <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City obtain title and possession of the areas identified in Exhibit A for the parcels  <br />as shown below:   <br />  <br />Par.
