Rice Creek Watershed District <br />Administrative Permit Application <br />Status Update <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT <br /> <br />Permit Application Number: 20-120 <br />Applicant: Joanne Benick (Thommes & Thomas Land <br />Clearing) <br />Project Location: Pin: 08.031.21.33.0001 <br /> <br />Application Received: 12/29/2020 <br />Date of Administrative Action: 02/03/2021 <br /> <br />Current Status: Conditionally Approved Pending Receipt Of <br />Changes (CAPROC) <br /> <br />CAPROC Expiration Date: 02/03/2022 <br /> <br />Please note the following: <br /> <br />• Status - Pursuant to RCWD Resolution 2009-09, this application is being granted <br />CAPROC status administratively after staff review and notice to the RCWD <br />Board of Managers. <br /> <br />• You are not authorized to begin site work until all pending items are satisfied as <br />enumerated in the attached Staff Review. If the project is initiated without <br />obtaining an RCWD Permit, it will be stopped by the District Inspector until the <br />permit is obtained. <br /> <br />• You have 12 months from the Date of Administrative Action to submit/satisfy all <br />pending items and receive a permit. Otherwise the conditional approval expires <br />and a new application, materials and fee will need to be submitted to the RCWD <br />for consideration. <br /> <br />• To satisfy pending items, applicants must submit two (2) paper copies of all <br />submittal items to the District with the exception of plan sheets. Plan sheets must <br />include 1 full-sized copy, and 1 reduced size (11 by 17 inches or smaller) or an <br />electronic file. <br />
