Applicant must provide a 70-foot easement centered on the ditch specifying and encompassing a <br />District right of maintenance access for the public drainage system <br />2. Any stormwater pond outlet pipe and/or energy dissipation must be designed that no riprap extends <br />into the ditch channel and that the pipe be designed to accommodate ditch maintenance within the <br />ditch right-of-way (ROW) (no surface structures, enough cover to accommodate traversing <br />equipment, etc.). <br />3. To protect the Public Drainage System channel and prevent seepage through the ditch bank, the <br />applicant must provide an impermeable lining on the east side slope of the pond, along the border the <br />pond shares with the ditch. <br />4. The applicant must provide a detail in the plan set stating that the FES installation shall not protrude <br />from the ditch bank and no rip rap shall be placed within the JD 3 Branch 3 channel bottom.
