There will be contactless packet pick-up
available on-site Friday before the event and a customer service only oriented Saturday
morning packet pick-up (not to be an advertised option) should be available for those who lost
or forgot their packet, etc. This is all given the size and scope are permitted by state and local
public health guidelines. In-person packet pick-up procedures should be altered to promote
physical distancing and mitigate person-to-person contact. Staff/volunteers in this area must
wear facial coverings and gloves. Packets will also be mailed. Our Goal is to provide excellent
customer service within our modified environment and to distribute as many packets as
practical prior to mailing in order to reduce mailing costs and lessen risks around packets being
lost in the mail. PLEASE REMEMBER: Local markets will need to solve for any “additional”
waivers and or/ offline waivers not handled before packet pick ups. Have a plan in place to get
these materials collected.
1. Methods
a. Pre-event Contactless packet pick-up opportunities will be provided between 56
days (8 Weeks) out (once the 60 day out framework meeting confirms the ride is
moving forward) and 3 weeks out from event date.
