Updated: 4/15/2021

1. At 48-24 hours in advance of the event, all participants will
receive a link to a URL site to answer a COVID health screening
question, and within the 24 hours prior to the event, all
participants must complete the health screening in order to
participate. (Staff and volunteers can complete starting at 48
hours)
2. After completing the screening, each participant will receive an
email confirmation of their status. They will need to show this at
packet pick-up on Friday OR on-site Saturday morning at the
“Mandatory Check-in Tent” where they will receive a wristband
allowing them to participate.
3. On site signage will remind participants of the health screening
requirement prior to their arrival at the Mandatory Check-in Tent.
QR codes on signage will provide for easy access to the screening
URL site.
4. If an individual arrives on-site at the packet pick-up or event site
and they cannot produce the passing confirmation and don’t have
the means to do on-line, there will signage that notes the
screening questions and the participant will answer them verbally.
If they answer “I Agree”, they pass the screening and they will
receive a wristband allowing them to participate.
a. I certify:
i. I am NOT currently (nor have I been in close
contact with anyone who is) experiencing a cough,
fever, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal
congestion, shortness of breath, unexplained
headache.
ii. I have NOT experienced body aches or pains, or
diarrhea in the past 10 days, or otherwise felt
unwell in the past 24 hours.
iii. I have NOT experienced a fever of 100.4 degrees or
higher in the last 24 hours.
iv. I have NOT (nor has any member of my household)
tested positive for a COVID-19 (the Coronavirus) in
the past 10 days.
v. I have NO reason to believe I have been exposed to
COVID-19.
vi. I am NOT currently subject to an isolation or
quarantine order.
b. I AGREE I DISAGREE
5. The wristband is the participant’s “ticket to ride” for the event
and will be used to receive their earned materials like t-shirts and
jerseys at the end of the ride.
