Resolution 2021- <br />Page 2 <br />Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />11. The intersection improvements, including turn lanes and a traffic signal, at 152" d <br />Street North shall be fully constructed and operational as determined by the City <br />Engineer. The applicant is responsible for all right-of-way acquisition for the <br />improvements. <br />12. The stub street that connects to 157th Way North shall be removed and restored with <br />turf and the proposed trail extend up to 157" Way North with some curb <br />improvements. The plans shall be revised and is subject to review and approval by <br />staff. <br />13. All landscaping materials shall be installed. <br />14. All of the improvements shall be constructed per the approved plans. <br />15. All rooftop mechanical equipment shall be screened from view with a treatment <br />compatible to the building architecture. <br />16. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities, wetlands, and applicable utilities. <br />17.
