Steering Committee Meeting #2: WSB shall facilitate a meeting with the City and <br />stakeholder committee to present and review the conceptual designs for <br />feedback which will include discussion of potential playground elements or <br />manufacturer's for consideration. The intent of the meeting is to determine the <br />desired approach, layout, theming opportunities, and types of equipment and site <br />furnishings to carry forward into the design development process. This includes <br />meeting preparation and distribution of follow-up summary notes. <br />iv. Vendor Coordination: WSB shall coordinate with selected vendors/manufacturers <br />to provide preliminary designs for the various playground pods within established <br />budgets. This will include attendance of up to two (2) virtual meetings with the <br />city and vendor to review the playground design progress and ongoing <br />refinements. <br />Design Development: WSB will prepare design development plans for the <br />playground area that incorporates the preferred equipment design (as directed by <br />the City) and shall refine the site design that illustrates spatial configurations, <br />material selection, site furnishing selections, construction methods, and general <br />character. Design Development documents will include the following plan sheets <br />taken to an approximate 50% complete level; <br />• Layout Plan <br />• Grading Plan <br />• Utility Plan <br />• Landscaping & Restoration Plan <br />• Draft Details & Sections <br />• Product style selections <br />• Playground equipment selection <br />• Estimate of probable costs including alternates <br />vi. Steering Committee Meetinq #3: WSB shall facilitate a meeting with the City and <br />stakeholder committee to present and review the playground design <br />development plans and estimate of probable costs for review and feedback. This <br />includes meeting preparation and distribution of follow-up summary notes. <br />vii. Parks Commission Meeting: WSB shall attend a virtual Parks Commission <br />Meeting to present the final playground design and estimate, along with the <br />overall site plan and estimate, for review and approval. <br />viii. City Council Meeting: WSB shall attend a City Council Meeting to present the <br />final playground design and estimate, along with the overall site plan and <br />estimate, for review and approval to carry the preferred approach into the final <br />design package for construction. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES "B" (Multi -Purpose Pavilion) <br />13.1. Project Start -Up & Programming Meeting: <br />i.
