<br />G.11 Approve Resolution Approving Variance for Kruse Property Located North of 122nd <br />Street North and West of Ingersoll Avenue North <br /> <br />Joel and Amanda Kruse are requesting two variances for construction of a new home on a vacant <br />lot on Sunset Lake. The first variance is for the home shoreland setback to be 21.2 feet from the <br />Ordinary High Water (OHW) mark of Sunset Lake, where 100 feet is required by ordinance. The <br />second variance is for the home front yard setback to be 19.3 feet from the front property line, <br />where 40 feet is required by ordinance. At its January 27, 2022, meeting the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals and Adjustments held a public hearing and considered the request. There was no one <br />that spoke during the public hearing except the applicant. The Board agreed the variance requests <br />met the criteria to approve the request and unanimously recommended approval of the variances. <br /> <br />G.12 Approve Resolution Approving Property Line Adjustment for Danielson – 17100 <br />Ingersoll Ave. <br /> <br />Todd Danielson is requesting approval of a property line adjustment for his properties located at <br />the northwest corner of Ingersoll Avenue North and 170th Street North. Staff finds that both <br />properties will comply with all applicable regulations in the City Code with the approval of the <br />property line adjustment. Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving a property line <br />adjustment for Todd Danielson for properties located at 17100 Ingersoll Avenue North. <br /> <br />G.13 Approve Special Use Permit Review for Bald Eagle Sportsmen Association - 6577 <br />125th Street N. <br /> <br />The Bald Eagle Sportsmen’s Association (BESA) has a SUP to operate a gun club on property <br />located at 6557 125th Street North. The SUP was originally approved in 2007 with a condition it <br />be reviewed prior to December 1st on the even numbered years, or if the SUP is amended or <br />violated. There have been no changes on the property since the SUP was last reviewed in <br />December 2018. Staff recommends renewal of the SUP for the Bald Eagle Sportsmen’s <br />Association located at 6557 125th Street North. <br /> <br />G.14 Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement for Rice Lake Reserve 2nd Addition <br /> <br />M/I Homes Minneapolis/St. Paul LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat and development <br />agreement in order to plat 31 lots and 2 outlots to be known as Rice Lake Reserve 2nd Addition. <br />The City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and PUD for Rice Lake Reserve at <br />its January 6, 2020, meeting. The final plat for phase two will plat 31 lots from the Rice Lake <br />Reserve preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in <br />the regulations for the Rice Lake Reserve PUD. Staff recommends approval the resolution <br />approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Rice Lake Reserve, subject to review <br />and approval by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />G.15 Approve Authorization to Advertise for Dust Control <br /> <br />Staff is requesting authorization from the City Council to advertise for bids for the City's 2022 <br />gravel road dust control project. The City of Hugo currently applies dust control to approximately <br />28 miles of gravel roads located within its municipal boundaries. Following City Council <br />approval, staff will advertise and solicit bids through the City newspaper and will hold a bid
