The quantities completed to date have been <br />reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. The amount in the request <br />reflects the work certified through January 2022, with a 5% retainage applied. Total retainage <br />being held for the project to date is $454,792.79. Staff recommends the City Council approve <br />Pay Request No. 16 in the amount of $435,367.57 to Ebert Construction for the construction of <br />the City of Hugo Public Works facility. <br /> <br />G.17 Approve Pay Request No. 8 to Ebert Construction for PW Salt and Materials Storage <br />Building <br /> <br />Ebert Construction has submitted an application for payment for the City of Hugo Public Works <br />Salt and Materials Storage Building project in the amount of $4,408.00. The quantities <br />completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the architect, contractor and city staff. <br />The amount indicated in the request reflects the work certified through January 2022 with a 5% <br />retainage applied. The total retainage being held to date will be $32,860.03. Staff recommends <br />the City Council approve Pay Request No. 8 in the amount of $4,408.00 to Ebert Construction <br />for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works salt and materials storage building. <br /> <br />G.18 Approve Pay Request No. 3 to A-1 Excavating, Inc. for 121st Street & Acres of Bald <br />Eagle <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed and inspected work completed to date for the 121st Street and Acres of Bald <br />Eagle Improvement Project. Staff and contractor have agreed to quantities completed in 2021. <br />Utility work and grading for the project has been completed. Concrete curb and gutter and <br />pavement remain within the development, and 121st Street is ready for pavement. It is <br />anticipated that as soon as weather conditions allow this spring, the project will be finalized. <br />Staff recommends Council approve Pay Request No. 3 in the amount of $31,056.33 to A-1 <br />Excavating, Inc. <br /> <br />G.19 Approve Pay Request No. 6 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction for Lions Park <br />Pavilion <br /> <br />Schreiber Mullaney has submitted Pay Request No. 6 for the new Pavilion in Lions Park in the <br />amount of $317,269.68. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon <br />by the architect, contractor and city staff. The amount indicated above reflects the work certified <br />through January 26, 2022 with a 5% retainage applied. The pay request includes change order <br />#2 in the amount of $15,474.86 for LED site wall lights and additional foundation work. The <br />total retainage being held to date will be $64,067.85. Staff recommends Council approve <br />payment in the amount of $317,269.68 to Schreiber Mullaney Construction for the construction <br />of the City of Hugo Lions Park Pavilion.
