This scope includes project management and correspondence with the <br />City of Hugo and Washington County. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Project Management and Correspondence <br />a. WSB will work with Washington County and the City of Hugo to ensure that the <br />traffic signal design, ADA compliant pedestrian facilities, and intersection/ <br />roadway improvements are in coordination with the other construction activities in <br />the area. <br />b. The cost estimate provided assumes all correspondence is by email, telephone, <br />or video conference. <br />c. Project Management Team (PMT) meetings – WSB will schedule and lead up to <br />five PMT meetings to facilitate discussion and gather feedback and input <br />regarding the intersection and signal improvements. <br /> <br />2. Intersection Control Evaluation Report (ICE) <br />a. WSB will collect 48 hours of video at the intersection and provide this to <br />Washington County. <br />b. WSB will analyze 24 hours of data for traffic turning movements and warrant <br />analysis and provide raw data to County. <br />c. WSB will complete a draft ICE including FYA by-time-of-day information for City <br />and County review. <br />d. WSB will complete a final ICE incorporating comments received and will submit <br />the report to Washington County, the City of Hugo, and MnDOT State Aid for <br />approval. <br /> <br />3. Intersection and Roadway Design <br />a. WSB will complete design of ADA ramps in all four quadrants. <br />b. WSB will address existing and future trail/ sidewalk connections with the design. <br /> <br />4. Pre-Design and 60% Field Meetings <br />a. WSB will complete a site visit and document existing conditions in coordination <br />with the data collection.
