Ms. Rachel Juba
May 4, 2022
Page 2
Stormwater Management

7. The site is within the Brown’s Creek Watershed District (BCWD) and will be required to get a
permit from the BCWD. Conditional approval of the permit is anticipated at the May 11th
BCWD Board Meeting. The City is reviewing for all requirements more stringent than the
BCWD standards.
8. It is unclear if the site is disturbing an acre or more and requires an NPDES permit. Applicant
should confirm the disturbance area.
9. The site is proposing to meet stormwater management requirements for the new and
reconstructed impervious for the expansion with an infiltration basin onsite. The site is not
currently meeting the City’s rate control requirement for the 100-year storm event.
10. Stormwater plan and model comments have been provided to applicant and will need to be
addressed in future submittals for documentation and permitting purposes.

Wetland

11. There are no wetland impacts associated with the proposed improvements.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
