On <br />May 3, 2010, Council approved promoting Shayla as the new Parks Planner. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Parks Planner Shayla Denaway <br /> <br />Approve Resolution Approving Minor Subdivision for 15595 Homestead Avenue North- <br />Lutz <br /> <br />Vincent Lutz had requested approval of a minor subdivision to create two lots out of a 19.84- <br />acre lot. The lots created would be two 9.92-acre parcels. At its April 14, 2022, meeting the <br />Planning Commission held a public hearing and considered the request. There was no one that
