Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for October 17, 2022 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Approve Claims Roster <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Paul Christianson <br /> <br />Paul Christianson was hired as a Public Works Worker on September 27, 2004. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Paul <br />Christianson. <br /> <br />Approve Hiring of Joseph Hinzman as New Administrative Intern <br /> <br />At its August 15, 2022, meeting, Council approved the job description and advertisement for an <br />administrative intern. Staff had conducted interviews and recommended Council approve the <br />hiring of Joseph Hinzmen. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the hiring of Joseph <br />Hinzman as the new administrative intern starting October 24, 2022. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Finance Director Anna Wobse <br /> <br />Anna Wobse was hired as the City’s Accounting Clerk on October 27, 2008. She was promoted as <br />the new Finance Coordinator in March, 2018, then the New Finance Director in October, 2021. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Finance Director <br />Anna Wobse. <br /> <br />Approve Final Payment to Ebert Construction for the Public Works Facility <br /> <br />Ebert Construction had submitted the final pay request for the Public Works Facility. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the final payment in the amount of $482,307.40 to Ebert <br />Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo Public Works facility. <br /> <br />Approve Final Payment to Ebert Construction for Material and Storage Building <br /> <br />Ebert Construction had submitted the final pay request for the Public Works salt and materials <br />storage building. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the final payment in the amount of <br />$37,860.03 to Ebert Construction for the construction of the City of Hugo salt and materials <br />building. <br /> <br />Approve Pay Request No. 2 to Iseler Demolition, Inc. for Water Tower No. 2 Demolition <br /> <br />Work Performed by Iseler Demolition, Inc. had been completed. Final Payment included the <br />contract reduction for turf restoration as approved at the last City Council meeting. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the acceptance of the improvements and the final payment to Iseler <br />Demolition, Inc. in the amount of $612.00. <br /> <br />Approve Update to Everton Avenue Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) <br /> <br />In January, 2002, the Council adopted the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Final Alternative Urban
