The developer shall meet the storm shelter requirements in the State Building Code. <br /> The developer shall complete and will be responsible for the full costs for all <br /> improvements required. <br /> 11. The lighting plan shall be revised based on staffs comments. The lighting plan shall <br /> be reviewed and approved by staff. Decorative lighting shall be added to the walls of <br /> the building. <br /> 12. The developer shall provide cut-sheets pole and wall mounted fixtures will need to be <br /> reviewed and approved by staff. Shields shall be added to the lights to reduce glare. <br /> 13. Cross access agreement shall be reviewed and approved by staff for all common <br /> elements. <br /> 14. The plan shall be revised to show any ground mounted mechanical equipment and <br /> screening. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 15. The landscape plan shall be revised for review and approval by staff to include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Stagger the evergreen trees along Highway 61. <br /> b. Include landscaping behind the garages for the apartments. <br /> c. Screen the trash enclosure on all sides with evergreens. <br /> d. Relocate any landscaping on slopes or drainage swales. <br /> e. Landscaping shall be added to screen any ground mounted mechanical <br /> equipment. <br /> f. The developer shall provide staff with planting details for landscaping <br /> proposed on the slopes of the property. <br /> 16. The developer shall revise the landscape plan to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> Architecture <br /> 17. Add cast stone to the elevations of the building to match the rest of the building and <br /> meet the intent of the design guidelines, specifically elevation F, G, and H. <br /> 18. The internal air conditioning unit vents shown on the plans shall match the color of <br /> the adjacent siding or stone. <br /> 19. The developer shall provide details on the locations and colors of the gutters and <br /> down spouts. <br /> 20. The peaked roof sections/dormers should be evaluated on whether they could be <br /> widened to create a more balanced design. <br />
