All ground-level mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or <br />rear of the building and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties. <br />f. The gutters and drainpipes shall be integrated into the building design and shall be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> <br />17. The landscape plan shall be revised to include additional coniferous trees along the south <br />and east property lines. <br /> <br />18. The lighting plan must be updated and submitted for review and approval by City staff. <br />The developer shall provide cut-sheets for the pole and wall mounted light fixtures and <br />they will need to be reviewed and approved by staff. Shields shall be added to the lights <br />to reduce glare. <br /> <br />19. The developer shall provide the City with a copy of the draft apartment agreement or <br />similar document. The document should address the following: <br />a. No parking shall be allowed on the private drives. <br />b. Private garages should remain open for vehicle parking. <br />c. Trash and recycling will be individual unit containers and the contract will be <br />managed by the apartment manager. <br /> <br />20. Geometrics and turning movements in the development shall be reviewed and approved <br />by staff. <br /> <br />21.
