7. Notice will be posted by the City Clerk at the regular meeting location. <br />a) Notice will be posted at the remote location by the remote attendee. <br />b) Notice will be posted at least three days prior to the meeting. In calculating <br />the number of days for providing notice, the first day the notice is given <br />should not be counted, but the last day should be counted. But if the last day is <br />a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, that day is omitted from the <br />calculation and the following day is considered the last day. <br />c)a) The notice will specify the time zone for the meeting time at both locations. <br /> <br />8.7. Remote meeting attendee will be responsible for all costs related to technology and <br />devices needed to meet the above requirements. <br />8. If at any time a quorum of the governing body at the regular meeting location has <br />determined the method of attendance by interactive online media has proven to be <br />disruptive or troublesome to meeting proceedings, the remote attendee will no longer <br />be considered in attendance and will not be permitted to participate in discussion and <br />voting. Reasons to dismiss the remote attendee could be poor quality video or audio, <br />excessive lag time, etc. <br />9. The minutes must reflect the names of any members appearing by interactive television <br />technology and state the reason or reasons for it. <br />10. Pandemic or state of emergency meetings may be held entirely remotely. If applicable, <br />method of receiving public comments will be determined prior to the meeting. <br />11.
