<br /> <br /> <br />130th St Trail Extension Feasibility <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota <br />WSB Project No. R-013720-000 Page 5 <br />The following figure shows the MnDOT 2014 ADT in the general trail study area, <br />with 3050 trips listed for both 130th St N and 140th St N between Fenway Blvd N <br />and Hwy 61. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />There are existing overhead power lines that begin on the south side of 130th St <br />N at Hwy 61 and cross over to the north side prior to reaching Farnham Ave with <br />eight poles located on the north side and 2 poles located on the south side. <br />There are also two hydrants located on the north side along with approximately <br />four mailboxes. <br /> <br />The current conditions of the road pavement are poor up to where the road <br />widens for the turn lanes, which is newer pavement and in better condition. <br />
