<br /> <br />Feasibility Report <br />2026 Bald Eagle Industrial Park Area Street Improvement Project <br />S.A.P. 224-101-003, 224-108-003, 224-110-003 <br />City of Hugo <br />WSB Project No. 028436-000 Page 2 <br />For partial roadway reconstruction projects, the project shall be assessed based on <br />the following: <br />• Single -family residential / duplex: $4 ,1 00 / unit, based on an average 80 -foot <br />wide lot <br />• Commercial / Industrial, Tax -Exempt and Multi -Family Residential: $4,100 x <br />(lot front footage / 80 feet) x 1.5 = $76.87 / LF <br /> <br /> <br />Assessment amounts are calculated using either the front -foot or per -lot methods, <br />depending on the land use type. Assessment terms and interest will be determined <br />according to policy at the time of the assessment hearing and levy by the Council if <br />not paid upfront. City policy states that assessments not paid to the City within 30 <br />days of being levied by the Council will be certified with the County for an <br />undetermined amount of time, typically 10 -15 years, with interest. <br />This project is feasible, necessary, and cost -effective from an engineering <br />standpoint and should be constructed as proposed herein. <br /> <br />Full Depth Reclamation <br />Single Family (per unit)4,100.00$ <br />Comm, Ind, MF (per foot front <br />footage)76.87$ <br />Preliminary Assessment Rates <br />Pavement Rehab
