Along 140 th Street, Fenway B lvd , and 130 th Street, there is a 12-inch ductile <br />iron pipe (DIP) either in the right -of-way (ROW) or within a drainage and utility <br />easement. Farnham Avenue has an 8 -inch DIP watermain ending about 200 feet from <br />the south end of the street. The watermain on 130 th Street is centered in a 20 -foot <br />drainage and utility easement on the north side of the street, with hydrants located <br />roughly at t he ROW. The watermain is generally in good condition. <br />3.2.3 Storm Sewer and Stormwater Facilities <br />There is an existing RCP storm sewer throughout the project area, which was <br />installed in phases. Sizes vary from 12 -inch to 42 -inch throughout the project, with <br />12-inch to 2 7 -inch on 130 th Street from Fenway B lvd to TH 61. <br />3.2.4 Private Utilities <br />Private utilities are located throughout the project corridors. The most prominent are <br />overhead utility lines along 130 th Street, which start on the south side near TH 61 <br />and cross over to the north side , starting east of the Inter -Plant Sales driveway at <br />5212 130 th Street N, ending about 110 feet west of Fenway B lvd . Overhead utilities <br />are also on the east side of Farnham Avenue, and on the north side of 140 th Street. <br />There are existing streetlights on both sides of the street on Fenway B lvd and at <br />each intersection. <br />In addition, the City of Hugo owns and operates a pole with an emergency siren at <br />the corner of Fenway B lvd and 130 th Street, in Watertower Park. <br />
