The applicant must provide an updated landscape plan that meets ordinance <br />requirements, and describes how vegetation on site will be managed and maintained. <br /> <br />10. Cross access agreements shall be reviewed and approved by staff for all common <br />elements. <br /> <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a Final Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> <br />11. All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> <br />12. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> <br />13. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities. <br /> <br />14. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. The parapet of the <br />building shall be such that the view of roof-top mechanical equipment is adequately <br />screened.
