He was told <br /> to contact the County Engineer. <br /> Public hearing was closed at 9:00 P.M. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:02 P.M. by Chairman Larry Ehret. <br /> Members present were: Spitzer, Ehret, Peloquin and Leroux. Also <br /> present were Irene Leroux, City Council Member, and Bill Schwab, <br /> City Planning Courd&kator. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, to -approve the minutes <br /> of the June 11, 1974 meeting. Motion carried. <br /> GRUNDHOFFER & MCCULLOUGH - SPECIAL USE PERMI T <br /> Mr. Spitzer asked Mr. Johnson if it was feasible to ask for a easement <br /> for the roadway. Mr. Johnson said if the City asked for an easement, <br /> the city would have to pay for it. Johnson said there should be a <br /> city road map for proposed roads. <br /> Mr. Johnson said this property should be platted. He also said that <br /> they do not need signatures of the other property owners for a <br /> preliminary plan. The applicants agreed to plat their property before <br /> they get issuance of a Special Use Permit for a second building. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Leroux, that the Special Use <br /> Permit be granted for McCullough to construct a commercial building <br /> at the following location: All of that part of the NEL, Section 17, <br /> Township 31N, Range 21W, Washington County, Minnesota described as <br /> • follows: Commencing at the intersection of the easterly right of way <br /> _ line of Minnesota State Trunk Highway #61 and the east and west quarter <br /> line of said section 17 thence northerly along said easterly right of way <br /> y <br /> line 766' 0: be the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; <br /> thence continuing along said right of way line, 600 feet; thence an a <br /> deflection aigle of 770 and 45' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a <br /> deflection angle of 1Q2° l' to the right, 600 feet; thence on a deflec- <br /> tion angle of 770 45' to the right, 464.92' to the point of beginking <br /> and containing 6.24 acres more or less. : <br /> 1.
