A contour map was submitted. <br /> Rice Creek Watershed report was submitted. <br /> Mr. Spengler stated that they had submitted a new application to <br /> change the hours for the Riopel and Gregoire pits from 5:00 A.M. <br /> to 11:00 P.M. <br /> Mr. Spengler felt that 45 MPH would be a reasonable speed for the <br /> gravel trucks. <br /> Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Spitzer, to recommend approval <br /> of the Rehbein Mining Permits and Haul Routes and Special Use Permits <br /> for Gregoire, Riopel, Duraine and LaCasse subject to the conditions <br /> layed out by the Washington County Planning Coordinator with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> Special Use Permits for the Gregoire, Riopel, LaCasse & Duraine properties <br /> 1. This special use permit is issued for the removal of gravel in <br /> accordance with the plans submitted and any deviation from these <br /> plans shall require an amendment to this special use permit. <br /> 2. All existing trees and natural vegetation bordering the pit area <br /> shall be left undisturbed. <br /> 3. All top soil in the pit area shall be stockpiled, and at the time <br /> the operation is completed, the top soil shall be replaced and <br /> seeded to grass cover. <br />
