-2- <br /> They will build a 6" gravel, 7 ton base road, 36 feet wide. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 8:44 P.M. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:45 P.M. by Vern Peloquin, <br /> acting chairman. Members present were: Spitzer, Peloquix, Schletty,Ehret <br /> aid Johnson. Also present were Bill Schwab, Washington County <br /> Planning Coordinator; Irene Leroux, City Council Member; aid Charles <br /> Johnson, City Attorney. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Johnson, to dispense with the <br /> reading aid approve the minutes of the July 24th meeting. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> HARDWOOD CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, recommending that the <br /> Hardwood Creek Estates plan, as submitted, be approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Engineer's report be submitted to the City Council prior toy:its <br /> apWin O ::the application. <br /> 2. That written permission Ftthe Northern Natural Gas Company for <br /> the construction of 177th Street on the eastern portion of the <br /> plat to the developer and be submitted to the City Council prior <br /> to its approval. <br /> 3. A portion of the property shown on the plan but not platted to <br /> the north of Hardwood Creek be designated as out lot A. That <br /> portion of the property shown on the plan but not platted on <br /> the westerly side of the plat line between Hardwood Creek and <br /> proposed 177th Street be designated Out Lot B. That portion <br /> of the property shown on the plan but-not platted on the westerly <br /> side of the property line between 177th Street and the southernly <br /> property line be designated as out lot C. All references to <br /> reservation for future of commercial development of above out lot <br /> B and C be removed from the plan. <br /> 4. That a scenic easement be granted to the City of Hugo over out <br /> lot A described above. <br /> 5. That a park land dedication in the amount of $1,500.00, in <br /> addition to the scenic easement, be made to the Oity of Hugo. <br /> 6. That all proposed restrictive covenances be submitted to and <br /> reviewed by the City Attorney prior to the consideration of the <br /> plan by the City Council. <br /> 7. That 177th Street, as proposed, shall be constructed by the <br /> developer; being a gravel surface road, 7 ton load, as approved <br /> by the City Engineer. <br />
