Provisions for on-site sewage disposal has not been included; <br /> therefore, can not be reported on. <br /> 12. Drainage can not be commented on due to lack of topographic <br /> features showing contour lines and direction of drainage. <br /> The existing street widths are a total of 50 feet for the right-of-way. <br /> Reference to curb and gutter, sidewalks and streets were omitted and will <br /> be a question to be raised. There are no alleys. <br /> The proposed plat is in an area where the abutting property on the east <br /> side and west side of 148th Street may have difficulty in platting. This <br /> particular area has property lines which are long and narrow tracts with <br /> poor accessibility, except for providing larger parcels of land. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The plat has been reviewed from an engineering standpoint, the existing <br /> water facility may allow the Developer to obtain building permits or lots <br /> less than one acre providing satisfactory site disposal of sewage can be <br /> obtained. Percolation tests are necessary to obtain the required infor- <br /> mation. It is possible that the area within 5 years may have a Municipal <br /> Sewage System. <br /> -2- <br />
