2 <br /> <br /> <br />2. Signs will be located in the rinsing area to alert participants that the water is <br />nonpotable and unsafe for drinking. <br />3. No construction that generates lights or noise audible off the property will take place <br />after 7 p.m. or before 7 a.m. <br />4. The applicant shall obtain an electrical permit and pay all permit fees. <br />5. The applicant shall comply with the City’s sign ordinance. <br />6. The applicant will submit drawings and specifications for all obstacles for Building <br />Department review. <br />7. A pre-event walkthrough of the site will be conducted by City staff, Fire Department <br />personnel, and the Electrical Inspector. <br />8. Emergency Action Plans will be reviewed, and Tough Mudder will comply with any <br />recommendations made by the City, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, <br />and/or the Hugo Fire Department. <br />9. The applicant shall meet with the City’s wetland specialists to determine impacts to <br />wetlands on the site and identify any necessary permits. <br />10. All tents, inflatables, and structures will be securely staked. <br />11. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the City’s Building Official <br />regarding obstacles used as part of the event. <br />12. The applicant shall secure the specified number of Washington County deputies to <br />be present during the event. <br />13. Payment to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department shall be prepared prior to <br />the event, and checks shall be delivered to the supervising officer on duty the day of <br />the event. <br />14. The applicant shall consult with the Lions Club regarding the arrangement of the <br />workspace for liquor sales, parking for Lions volunteers, and payment to the Lions <br />Club. <br />During the Event <br />15. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />16. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, <br />and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the Tough Mudder event. <br />17. Wristbands will be used to identify individuals of legal drinking age. <br />18. All roads will remain open to local traffic, with the exception of 147th Street <br />between the parking area on the Atkinson property and Irish Avenue. <br />19. Parking and traffic procedures will take place as indicated in the operations plan.
