Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Resignation of Planning Commissioner and Board of Zoning Member Rick <br /> Gwynn and Advertisement for Planning Commissioner Vacancy <br /> Rick Gwynn had submitted his letter of resignation from the Planning Commission. Rick had <br /> been a member of the Planning Commission since September,2009 and served as Chair of the <br /> Commission since November,2011. As Planning Commissioner,he also served on the Board of <br /> Zoning since December,2011. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the resignation of <br /> Planning Commissioner and Board of Zoning Member Rick Gwynn and advertisement for the <br /> vacancy on the Planning Commission. <br /> Approve Request for Planning Commissioners to Submit Letters of Interest for Chair <br /> Position and/or Board of Zoning Vacancy <br /> With the resignation of Rick Gwynn,the Council will need to appoint a new Chairperson of the <br /> Planning Commission and appoint a member of the Planning Commission to serve on the Board <br /> of Zoning Adjustments. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the request for interested <br /> Planning Commission Members to submit a letter of interest to the Council for the vacancies. <br /> Approve Special Event Permit for Farm-City Fun Day at the Miron Farm on July 26.2015 <br /> The Washington-Ramsey Farm Bureau had submitted an application for a Special Event Permit <br /> for the Farm-City Fun Day to be held at the Miron century family farm, 15250 Homestead <br /> Avenue North,on Sunday,July 26, 2015 from 12:30—4:30 p.m.. A permit is required because <br /> there is expected to be approximately 1,000 people attending the event. Adoption of the Consent <br /> Agenda approved the Special Event Permit subject to the conditions in the permit. <br /> Council Member Miron abstained from voting on this item. <br />
