City Council meeting of May b, 1991 <br />PaQe 3 <br />program. It was suggested that this matter be tabled until the meeting of <br />May 20, 1991, and obtain a response from the City Attorney regarding the <br />provided information. <br />Miron made motion, McAllister seconded, that the City pay the fees <br />requested by the American Legion Club for school patrolling. <br />Miron and McAllister withdrew their motion. <br />Miron made motion, Stolt man seconded, to table this matter until the City <br />Council meeting of May 20, 1991. <br />A1]. aye. Motion Carried. <br />KEYSTONE BUILDERS REQUEST <br />The City Council received a copy of a letter from Bob F:iewel of keystone <br />Builders requesting the funds, that are beinq held in escrow for the <br />Dellwood Ridge subdivision, be released. Representatives of k::eystone <br />Builders were not present to discuss this matter. The City Council did <br />indicate that an exchange of letter of credit for the certificate of <br />deposit would be acceptable. The City Administrator reviewed the <br />engineer's report with the City Council. <br />McAllister made motion, Miron seconded, to deny the request of k::evstone <br />Builders to reduce the financial security under the Dellwood Midge road <br />warranty. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ORDINANCE: VIOLATIONS COMMITTEE <br />Mayor Stoltcman and Councilman Brunotte met with the owner of RJ's <br />regarding the noise complaint registered by a property owner to their <br />east. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />The City Administrator reminded the Council of the bid openinq on May 7, <br />1991, 2:00 PM for the CIP, Phase 2. <br />The 120th Street/County Road J project is progressinq. <br />An on-site inspection was made of the recycling center. There is still <br />approximately three trUCk loads of debris remaining to cleaned up. Mayor <br />Stolt man stated that he will again contact Roger Schadt, Boy Scout <br />representative, regarding this matter. <br />A deputy from the Washington County Sheriff's Office will appear before <br />the City Council at their meeting of June 17, 1991 to discuss the <br />Neighborhood Watch Proqram. <br />
